Experts in their relevant fields will be engaged to train these students in this 100 day Empowerment Program.
After the training, the Foundation will facilitate these students to get jobs in different organizations particularly in offices of chartered accountants where they can further hone their skills. After gaining work experience for a couple of years in a CA office these candidates will easily get a decent job in any company ..
CA STUDENTS HOSTEL FOR 100 INMATES
The foundation had acquired 208 square yards site in the heart of the city ( Visakhapatnam) abutting the building of its trustee D.Aditya. The first and second floors are meant for CA students hostels with in house capacity for 20 students and third floor is meant for Human resources development . Students from Below Poverty segment are only allowed. Students are provided with free accommodation, free food, Computer lab with latest configurations, Digital class room, Safe Drinking water, abundant space for reading and provision for Yoga and meditation under the guidance of Art of Living. The students are also being trained in SAP Finance for their career advancement. The foundation’s desire is to treat the inmates with a lot of love and affection. Already six students have completed CA and CMA Professional courses. The foundation desires to expand the capacity to 100 inmates in the near future.

I. The foundation’s primary focus is to empower commerce graduates and postgraduates in their own field by providing practical training for 100 days in the following areas so that they will be easily absorbed in the job market. They can also become self employed tax consultants for which a great demand exists. There are 5000 commerce graduates and post graduates annually coming out from the city of visakhapatnam. The foundation wants to train a minimum of 250 telugu medium students . For this necessary infrastructure like buildings and computers ,has already been developed by the foundation on its own. Training for the first batch consisting of 25 members has already commenced.
Areas to be covered in the training
- Basic Course of Art of Living ( AOL is an Internationally reputed NGO ). AOL concepts provide de stress, bring positive attitude and generate self confidence in the minds of students.
- MS Office( MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Access)
- Tally/SAP
- Electronic Filing of Returns under various statutes such as Income tax Act, Companies Act, GST & PF Act etc
- Generation of documents in between Tally output and Electronic Filing
- Soft skills
- Personality Development
